Hi I'm Jamie. I started baking cakes over 20 years ago when a co-worker shared an amazing carrot cake recipe with me. Over time I experimented with more recipes and started to bake with my three talented daughters Jayla, Jacie and Joie. As they got older they started creating sweets on their own. I could not believe how Jayla executed complicated bread dishes on her 1st try, while twins Jacie and Joie were creating the yummiest cookies and cakes. We decided opening a family bakery was something we were destined to do.

The name 'Dreams of Sugar' is not only for our addiction to sweets, but also an ode to my Grandma, nicknamed 'Sugar' (Sug for short), and how great of a cook she was and how much I love her. She would be so proud of her great grand daughters and the gifts she passed down to them. Our goal is to share our love of sweets with the world and create a fun atmosphere for you to enjoy.
